Payment and Shipping
We accept all credit card payments through Paypal, you don't need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
We offer a complimentary Sea-mail Service, the shipping time is 4 to 8 weeks which also includes insurance and tracking.
Delivery time for express shipping (EMS) is usually 5 to 14 days (Not including customs holding times).
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days once payment has cleared, we will contact you via email with your shipping details (Tracking number) the same day the item is shipped.
Insurance and tracking is included on all our transactions.
All our prices are displayed in US dollars, and must be paid in full with the applicable delivery charges for that transaction.
Please be aware that additional Customs or import duties may apply depending on your location, these fees are the buyers responsibility.
Under no circumstances do we falsify any Postal or Customs documents.

Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, contact must be made within 7 days from when you received your item.
Should we have made a significant error with a description of an item posted for purchase, we will refund you 100% including shipping costs upon the return of the item providing the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
It is strongly recommended that you choose your purchase carefully, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or change your mind you can return the item and get a full refund, less the returned shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee is also deducted.
Taxes and duties paid are also non refundable.
Products must be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging, returning an item with full insurance and tracking is required. It is a requirement to email us the tracking number the same day once the item is posted.
(If we do not receive this information the refund maybe deemed null and void.)
If the purchased item in question shows signs of tampering or has been swapped for an inferior item we will not grant a refund. We have an extensive digital record of all our items and the matter will be referred to the authorities.
We do not accept returns on any Alcohol once it has been opened or tampered with.
