Payment & Shipping 


We accept credit card payments via Stripe, or PayPal and Bank Transfers.

All our prices are displayed in US dollars, and must be paid in full with the applicable delivery charges for that transaction.

Please be aware that additional Customs or import duties may apply depending on your location,

these fees are the buyers responsibility.

  Under no circumstances do we falsify any Postal or Customs documents.

All our clocks are shipped via EMS Japan.

All our items are shipped with tracking and full insurance.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days once payment has cleared,

we will contact you via email with your shipping details (Tracking number) the same day the item is shipped. 

The arrival time is approximately 1-2weeks.

If you require another courier shipping charges will apply.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For your protection, we require returns to be shipped with full insurance and tracking. Please email us the tracking number on the same day the item is posted. Failure to provide this information may result in the refund being voided.
Error in Description
If we've made a significant error in the item description, we'll refund you 100% of the purchase price, including the return shipping costs. A refund will be given upon the return of the item in its original condition as per the photos.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied or if you change your mind, you can return the item for a full refund, minus return shipping costs and transaction fees.
Non-refundable Items
Please note that taxes and duties are not refundable by us.
